1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

 

The order of events in the rapture:

  1. The Lord will descend.
  2. The Lord will issue a command.
  3. The Lord will transform us.
  4. The Lord will raise the dead in Christ.
  5. The Lord will carry living Christians away.
  6. The Lord will meet us in the air.
  7. The Lord will be with us forever.
