“TAKE UP YOUR CROSS”

 “Take Up Your Cross ”

 Luke 9:23-27

Point 1:    If we confess the Christ, we must carry the cross.

When the Christian “loses their life”:

1. 1.  We die to ourselves.
   2.  We die to our autonomy.
   3.  We die to our ambitions, hopes, and plans.
   4.  We die to our sin.
   5.  We die to our past.

Point 2:   Pursuing Christ brings eternal profit.
