Q1: Roman Catholics teach that in Matt 16:15-20, Jesus appointed Peter to be the first Bishop of Rome (aka the Pope). Should Christians recognize Peter as the first Bishop of Rome? Should the Bishop of Rome have preeminence in the Church today?
Q2: Revelation 1:7 says, “Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all the tribes of the earth will wail on account of his. Even so. Amen.” What does this verse mean? How can the people who pierced Jesus nearly two thousand years ago see his return?
Q3: Genesis 2:7 says, “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Does this mean that life begins at first breath?
